These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of maximumpixels.rw and any related services supplied by Maximum Pixels ("Maximum Pixels", "we", "us"). By browsing this site, contacting us through the form, subscribing to the newsletter, or engaging our production services, you accept these Terms.

If you do not accept these Terms, please discontinue use of the site and do not engage our services.

• Services — fiction film, documentary, music video, commercial, photography and animation production, and related consultation, planning, post-production and delivery services.
• Deliverables — the finished film, video, photography or animation assets supplied to a Client under a specific project agreement.
• Site — maximumpixels.rw and any subdomain operated by Maximum Pixels.
• Client — any individual, brand, artist or organisation that engages our Services.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

• Misrepresent your identity or your project when contacting us.
• Use the Site to harvest data, scrape content, or interfere with normal operation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Site or its assets.
• Use any image, brand mark, footage or design from maximumpixels.rw without prior written consent.
• Upload, transmit or attempt to introduce any malicious code, virus or denial-of-service traffic.

All content on maximumpixels.rw — text, copy, brand marks, logos, photography, footage, design, code and arrangement — is the property of Maximum Pixels or its licensors and is protected by Rwandan and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws, unless otherwise agreed in a specific project contract.

Ownership and usage rights for project Deliverables (footage, edits, masters, raw files) are set out in the relevant project agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, Maximum Pixels retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.

Pricing and availability discussed on maximumpixels.rw or in initial conversations are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer. A project is confirmed by a written quotation or production agreement setting out scope, deliverables, timeline and price.

Booking dates are held once a deposit or signed agreement is received, as set out in the relevant quotation.

Production engagements between Maximum Pixels and Clients are governed by the specific project agreement. Where no separate written contract exists, the following apply:

• Deliverables are supplied once payment terms in the agreed quotation are met.
• Reasonable revisions are included as set out in the quotation; additional revisions may incur further cost.
• Cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed shoot date may incur a cancellation fee, as set out in the relevant agreement.
• Claims regarding delivered Deliverables must be raised in writing within 7 days of delivery.

Maximum Pixels warrants that it will deliver Services with reasonable skill and care, using professional equipment and techniques appropriate to the project.

No warranty is made as to subjective creative outcomes or third-party reception — creative direction is agreed with the Client in advance, but final artistic judgement in execution rests with Maximum Pixels unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Except as expressly set out in a written project agreement, all other warranties — implied, statutory or otherwise — are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by Rwandan law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maximum Pixels's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Maximum Pixels is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages — including lost profits or business interruption — even if foreseeable.

You agree to indemnify and hold Maximum Pixels harmless from any claim, damage, loss or expense arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Site or Deliverables, or (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right, including rights of persons appearing in commissioned footage.

maximumpixels.rw may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party brands and partners. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties. Inclusion of a link or reference does not constitute endorsement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kigali, Rwanda, subject to any mandatory terms in a specific project agreement.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
