Compliance at Maximum Pixels runs through every project, every shoot and every delivery. As a Rwandan film production company producing fiction film, documentary, music video, commercial, photography and animation work, we accept the responsibility that comes with the stories we're trusted to tell.

This Statement sets out the standards we hold ourselves to. It applies to every member of the Maximum Pixels team — camera, post-production, sound, animation, photography and leadership — and is the basis on which we choose collaborators, partners and clients.

Maximum Pixels operates under the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Our operations are aligned with applicable requirements for media production, business registration and tax compliance in Rwanda.

Filming real people and locations carries a responsibility to those involved. Our production process is built to respect it:

• Appearance releases sought from identifiable individuals featured in commissioned footage, where practicable.
• Location permissions confirmed before filming on private or restricted property.
• Licensed or cleared music, stock footage and third-party assets used in delivered work, unless a client supplies their own.
• Client-supplied briefs, scripts and materials treated as confidential unless agreed otherwise.

We respect intellectual property — ours and everyone else's. Footage, music and assets used in our productions are either originally created, properly licensed, or supplied and cleared by the client. Ownership and usage rights for finished Deliverables are set out in each project's written agreement, consistent with our Terms of Service.

Maximum Pixels maintains a zero-tolerance position on bribery and corruption. Members of the Maximum Pixels team — and any third party acting on our behalf — are prohibited from offering, giving, requesting or accepting any improper financial or other advantage to influence a business decision, secure a contract, or accelerate routine procedure.

Gifts and hospitality are subject to internal disclosure thresholds and may not be used to create undue influence. Facilitation payments are prohibited.

Personal data of clients, partners and employees is handled in line with applicable Rwandan data-protection law and the protections set out in our Privacy Policy.

If you suspect a breach of this Compliance Statement — by any Maximum Pixels employee, collaborator, partner or third party acting on our behalf — we want to hear about it. We protect good-faith reporters from retaliation.
